Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery within India

We ship across India via reputable courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post for remote areas). Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2–4 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote and rural areas: 7–10 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹799: Free shipping
  • Orders below ₹799: Flat ₹60 shipping fee
  • Subscription orders: Always free shipping, regardless of order value

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your account under My Orders. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@verbotanics.in.

Packaging

All Ver Botanics orders are packed in recyclable kraft paper boxes with minimal plastic. Oils and liquid formulations are individually sealed with tamper-evident tape and cushioned to prevent breakage during transit. We do not use expanded polystyrene (Thermocol) in any of our packaging.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Our Commitment

We stand behind every formulation we produce. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery if:

  • The product arrived damaged or broken
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is defective (separation, unusual odour, incorrect consistency)
  • The product was not as described

Due to the nature of personal care products and hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns of opened products that have been used and found unsatisfactory after use, unless there is a demonstrable product defect. Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 15 days.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@verbotanics.in with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  2. Attach a photograph of the product and packaging if the item arrived damaged.
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid return label (for eligible returns).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Timing depends on your payment provider:

  • Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days
  • UPI / Net Banking: 2–3 business days
  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI — please provide your bank details when initiating the return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you received the wrong or defective product, we will ship the correct replacement at no charge once the original is returned (or waive the return requirement for low-value damaged items at our discretion).

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing support@verbotanics.in with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
