1. About Ver Botanics
Ver Botanics is a botanical personal care brand selling cold-pressed, small-batch formulations sourced from indigenous herbs of Tamil Nadu. Our website is operated from India and all transactions are governed by Indian law.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. We reserve the right to refuse orders from any person at our sole discretion.
3. Products
Product Descriptions
We take care to ensure product descriptions, ingredient lists, and images are accurate. Minor variations in colour, texture, or scent may occur between batches due to the natural origin of our ingredients — this is not a defect. Product images are representative; actual packaging may vary slightly.
Product Claims
All efficacy claims on our website are based on internal testing, published phytochemical research, and clinical assessments of active ingredients. Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a skin or scalp condition, consult a dermatologist before use.
Ingredient Transparency
Full INCI ingredient lists are provided on each product page and on product packaging. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please review the full ingredient list before purchase. Patch testing is recommended for all new products.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but price changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed. Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking via our payment gateway (Razorpay).
5. Orders and Contract
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if there is a pricing error on the website. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund if payment has been taken.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
