Where is my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by SMS and email once your order is dispatched — usually within 1–3 business days. Check your spam folder if you haven't received it. You can also track via My Account → Orders.
Can I return a product I've used?
Opened products can be returned only if there is a demonstrable product defect — unusual odour, separation, or incorrect consistency. Unopened sealed products may be returned within 15 days. See the full Returns Policy.
Are your products safe for colour-treated hair?
Yes. Our formulations are free of sulfates, silicones, and synthetic surfactants that strip colour. Bhringraj oil and the Amla-based formulations are specifically safe for chemically treated hair.
Do you ship outside India?
Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is on our roadmap — register your interest by emailing support@verbotanics.in with your country.
How do I pause or cancel my subscription?
Log into My Account and navigate to Subscriptions. You can pause, skip a shipment, or cancel from there with no penalty.
Are your products certified organic?
Our ingredients are sourced from organic and wild-harvest farms, but we do not carry a third-party organic certification at this time. We publish the provenance of every ingredient — district, grower, and harvest season — so you can verify the source yourself.
